Preparation method:
Cut the tomatoes and the avocado into pieces or slices, the watermelon and the cucumber into pieces, the bell pepper and onion in strips. Cut the feta or feto into small pieces. Wash and dry the lettuce, put in one scale and arrange the other ingredients. Chop or tear the herbs smaller. Beat the ingredients for the dressing. Just before serving, sprinkle the dressing over the salad and finish with the fresh herbs.
Ingredients for 2 People:
1/2 red onion
1/4 watermelon
1/4 yellow pepper
175 g cherry or wild tomatoes
3 vine tomatoes
40 g of mixed young salad leaves
50 g blueberries
50 g feta, soft goat cheese or feto (vegan)
half avocado avocado
small piece of cucumber
some sprigs of dill, mint and basil
For the dressing:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon acacia honey
1.5 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
